Start with 5 toons all authed
- 4 toons in alliance
- 1 toon out of alliance
additionally when the last toon out of alliance pulls their token, you can now only manage thhat user from the user management pane and not from the character sheet

I have a hard time replicating this specific issue

there should be logic that kicks people out of shit when their tokens go invalid

but ive had enough manual clean up lately that I think its something in this area

I think that might be taken care of by the cleanup job
but I turned off the cleanup job
trying to fix this sort of problem
Wibla

that logic shouldn't have ANYTHING to do with the cleanup job
no valid token -> BOINK out of squad/whatnot
the cleanup job should just clean up the actual data

right, but if it cleans up all the data, but has a habbit of leaving them in the squads

Are you on the latest version? Just to make sure you got the fixes we reagarding token deletionw e did a while ago
If you run with cleanup staled data, all CharacterInfos related to that character will be gone once the token is pulled, so it won't appear in the character list anymore. The associated user doesn't get deleted though, so it still appears in the user managment page

Yea, more diagnostic , there is definitely some combination of actions that leave their discord with roles

I'm not familiar with how the discord integration works, does it base discord roles on squads, or how does it work?

It can, and I do
basically if in squad add discord role
it has its own rules that can be used, which I use for non-opsec stuff like if in corp A give Corp A role which is just cosmetic
